Project Controls Delivery

• Adhere to all company Standards and Expectations in the execution of project controls activities.
• Independently and accurately monitor project expenditure and performance.
• Undertake basic planning tasks, including progress updates and schedule maintenance.
• Assist in producing accurate expenditure and performance forecasts for both the financial year and full project lifecycle.

Cost, Schedule & Performance Monitoring

• Work collaboratively with project teams and the supply chain to monitor, control, and forecast work delivery and associated costs.
• Support expenditure control as part of the project’s authorisation chain.
• Assist in maintaining planning and cost control databases, ensuring data integrity and validation across systems.

Analysis & Reporting

• Support the provision of Earned Value Analysis, identifying critical areas, trends, and potential recovery options.
• Contribute to clear, concise project reporting aligned with the project controls framework.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project control policies, procedures, and governance documentation.

Risk Management Support

• Support the application of risk processes, including risk identification, reviews, workshops, and maintenance of risk registers.
• Work with Project Teams, the Risk Coordinator, and the Risk Manager to ensure risks are captured and managed effectively.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Assist in upholding governance requirements within the project controls framework.
• Contribute to ongoing development and improvement of project controls systems and processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Controls Manager.
