Quality Assurance Specialists play a key role in delivering assurance activities across the organisation, strengthening compliance, and driving continuous improvement in quality management. Working with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers, you will plan and conduct audits, provide expert guidance on management systems, and support the organisation in meeting its quality, safety, and regulatory obligations.

Assurance & Audit Delivery
- Plan, scope, and conduct audits in line with the annual assurance programme and business processes.
- Deliver high‑quality, accurate, and timely reports following assurance activities.
- Demonstrate impartiality and integrity in all aspects of audit and assurance work.
- Support mechanisms for recording, trending, and managing non‑compliance issues, including root‑cause identification.
Quality Management & Compliance
- Provide guidance on the application of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and process performance metrics.
- Strengthen compliance and drive improvements in quality management across the organisation.
- Contribute to business targets and improvement plans to build a value‑adding assurance service.
