Inspection & Verification

• Perform inspections in accordance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Liaise with the client’s representative to coordinate day‑to‑day inspections during construction activities.
• Verify that equipment installation complies with ECS Codes, drawings, vendor specifications, and relevant standards, including checks on materials, alignment, and workmanship.

Quality Documentation & Records

• Maintain and update Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs), ensuring all required signatures and documentation are captured during inspections.
• Update the SONIM register as required to support accurate quality tracking and reporting.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with the QC Manager and Area Leads to support the execution of quality responsibilities across the project.
• Assist construction teams in achieving quality standards by providing clear guidance and timely feedback.
• Support non‑conformance management, including identification, disposition, and closure of corrective and preventive actions.

Compliance & Best Practice

• Ensure all welding and piping activities comply with project specifications, codes, and quality procedures.
• Champion Foreign Material Exclusion (FME), preventing the ingress or entrapment of non‑specified materials, loose items, or debris within equipment or systems during assembly and testing.

Continuous Improvement

• Recommend methods to improve overall quality performance and assist in analysing quality concerns.
• Contribute to the development of quality awareness and best practices across construction teams.
